Overview
EvereTech offers a range of products through our online store, including merchandise fulfilled by Printful and proprietary educational materials such as study guides, video guides, and PMI Authorized or Project Leader virtual training. Our return policy is designed to reflect the fulfillment method and ensure clarity for our customers.
Printful-Fulfilled Products
These include apparel, accessories, and other physical merchandise produced and shipped by Printful.
Returns & Exchange
- Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. We will submit a claim to Printful on your behalf.
- Lost Shipments: Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
- Wrong Address: If the shipping address provided is incorrect, the shipment may be returned to Printful. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once a corrected address is confirmed.
- Unclaimed Shipments: Unclaimed packages returned to Printful will be held for 30 days. After that, they may be donated to charity.
- Face Masks & Hygiene Products: These items are non-returnable due to health and safety regulations.
- Buyer’s Remorse & Size Exchanges: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing. If you wish to reorder a different size, a new order must be placed at your expense.
