The My Career Advancement Account (MyCAA) Scholarship Program provides up to $4,000 in financial assistance for eligible military spouses to pursue certifications in high-demand careers like project management.

Eligibility Requirements
- PMP®: Requires project management experience + 35 contact hours.
- CAPM®: Entry-level option with 23 hours of training.
- Note: CAPM exam fee refunded if transitioning to PMP later
Step-by-Step MyCAA Funding Process
- Step 1: Determine Eligibility
- Step 2: Build Your Invoice
- Choose Course NO earlier than 60 days and NO later then 30 days from course start date
- Send email to [email protected] to have invoice generated with course dates provided.
- Step 3: CAPM/PMP Application Screenshot
- create a PMI account using a civilian email address
- take screenshot of PMI username and password (Save as PDF) for purchasing agents to approve exam and study materials as well as PMI dashboard with eligibility dates and pay for exam button
- Step 4: Create Educational Goal in MyCAA
- Login to MyCAA
- Create Educational Goal for CAPM
