Last year (2020) was an interesting year for everyone. However, DaLissa ensured her dedication to supporting the 174th and 224th Air Defense Group (ADG) as a Health Service Administrator was bigger than fear of the COVID-19 virus. Everyday, DaLissa showed up with a great attitude, took initiative and searched for areas to greater support her customers. DaLissa volunteered to work on drill weekends, provided command level briefings and during the pandemic was promoted to take on new responsibilities within the unit as “Unit Health Manager”. Her achievements for the unit are recognized by end customers, senior leadership and supervisors have recognized the value of support she brings.
